Does your family need a Thanksgiving meal?

I understand this is an uncooked meal and that I will need an oven to cook this meal. This is not an ideal meal for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

I have my own transportation and understand that I will need to pick this meal up the Saturday before Thanksgiving in Fishersville. (Do not check if you don't have transportation. We can discuss this on our follow up call)

I understand that The Neighbor Bridge is in communication with multiple agencies and organizations that provide Thanksgiving meals to the community. If multiple meals are given to our family without disclosing, this will result in my family not receiving a meal this year and possibly in the future as well.

I understand that there is a follow up call that has to be completed in order to finish my application. By not receiving and returning the call, I understand that my application may be denied.

I understand that I cannot reserve a meal for another and that this meal is for my family.

I understand that if I miss my appointment to receive my meal that I am forfeiting my meal and any other items

If I no longer am in need of a meal, I will contact The Neighbor Bridge to let them know.
